Poverty is complex and multifaceted. We believe that poverty is a result of 4 key broken relationships: ourselves with God, with each other, with ourselves, and with creation. Any effective solution to poverty needs to address all four. By working through the local church, we help restore the four key relationships that are at the root of poverty.Â

Place the church
at the centre
The church is the most effective vehicle for bringing opportunity and hope into a community. Through mobilizing, equipping and training, we help local churches in the poorest places on Earth lift families out of poverty and become catalysts for transformation within their communities.
Partner with local leadership
Locals are embedded in their communities and will remain there long after we’re gone. We don’t believe in expensive staff living overseas. Instead, we build the capacity of nationals to be powerful change agents in their local communities.

Poverty is more than a physical problem. Our holistic, integrated programming addresses the multifaceted aspects of poverty and the whole -person – physical, spiritual, emotional and social.Â
