Julius and Mucenia used to feel weighed down by the relentless burden of poverty. But with the right support and encouragement from our church partner in Kenya (and you) the pressure has lifted and hope has taken root.

Through our local partner, Fadhili Trust, the couple learned new ways of farming, how to save for the future, and even how to strengthen their marriage. They planted a small garden and began growing nutritious food right at home for themselves and their four children. They watched their savings grow little-by-little for the future, helping them live more joyfully in the present.

Today, all their hard work means Julius and Mucenia are thriving — working together as a team, hand-in-hand, towards the future they envisioned for their family.
