Come with us as we travel to several countries to give you an unfiltered glimpse of Tearfund’s work and how God and his church is working around the world in amazing ways.

Episode 1: South Sudan

For years, South Sudan has been suffering from intense civil war, resulting in nearly 400,000 deaths. It has been one of the most dangerous places for humanitarian workers. Food insecurity is exceptionally high, with 3 out of 4 families suffering malnutrition. Join us as we talk to families to hear firsthand about their struggles and triumphs. During this episode you will see what it’s like to live in rural South Sudan, hear directly from Sudanese refugees, and visit a church involved in trauma healing.
Episode 2: India (Pt 1 - Jharkhand)

Pushed away from mainstream society, the Malto people live in the remote hills of Jharkhand. Although secluded and private, we are warmly welcomed with traditional song and dance. During this episode, join us as we travel by plane, train, and automobile to see how the Malto are growing more food through climate-smart agriculture techniques and kitchen gardening. And to hear first-hand how your donations are helping to change lives.
Episode 3: India (Pt 2 - Mizoram)

Sometimes, the most beautiful places are filled with the most unimaginable tragedy. In 2023, over 50,000 Kuki people were forcibly displaced from their homes in Manipur by intense ethnic and religious conflict. Their homes were burned to the ground, along with at least 250 churches. Many fled to the neighbouring state of Mizoram, where they now live in refugee settlements. In this episode, you will visit some of the camps where they live and hear how God can bring comfort in the most painful circumstances.
Episode 4: Kenya
Premiering Jan 23, 2025
Makindu, Kenya resides in one of the most arid regions of Kenya, receiving good rainfall only once every 3 to 4 years. Water is scarce, and crop failures are common. In the midst of this, we work with Fadhili (meaning compassion in Swahili) to train families in climate-smart farming techniques and enroll them in saving groups so that they can lift themselves out of poverty. Join us as we talk to farmers, visit a savings group, and hear from churches how God is working in amazing ways.
